Panax ginseng 700 mg capsules 6 per day
red grapes: skin, seeds and all puréed into juice about 1 lb per day or, use Resveratrol (capsules by Solaray Co.)
Grapeseed extract 100 mg ( of which 30 mg x 95% = proantho-cyanidins), 2 capsules/day
Ping Xiao Pian( ping shiao tablets): 8 t.i.d (8 tablets x 3 times per day)
ABM extract (Agricus Blazei Murill), 2x350 mg capsules t..i.d.
Maitake extract (Grifola Frondosa) 2x350 mg capsules b.i.d.,(2   350-mg capsules   x  twice per day, i.e., twice per day taking 2 capsules each time )
brew green tea
